Microwave Oven: For heating only use defrost mode; do not defrost outside, prior to heating. Set microwave oven on defrost mode. Place frozen Kafta Kabab on a plat and defrost for 3~5 minutes or until hot. OR Frying pan: Defrost product inside refrigerator until thawed, prior to heating. Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry thawed Kafta Kabab over medium heat, rolling frequently through heating.
