Place frozen Quiche on baking tray for 18~20 minutes or until heated through. Remove from aluminum foil cup. Serve warm. Microwave Oven: Do not use defrost mode for heating. Remove frozen Quiche from aluminum foil cup and place on microwave-safe plate. Heat for 2 minutes, or until heated through. Caution: Quiche will be excessively hot in the centre; we recommend allowing it to cool reasonably before serving.
