Procedure: Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Do not defrost Karahi (Wok): Preheat oil to frying temperature (170°C/340°F). Deep fry frozen Fillet for 8~10 minutes, or until fully cooked. OR Oven: Preheat oven to 210°C (410°F). Bake frozen Fillet on a baking sheet (turning halfway through baking) for 15 minutes, or until fully cooked. Caution Product should not be fried on high heat; this will cause product to appear dark while leaving the meat uncooked.
